Schedule Information
|
CAPTAINS PRACTICE: August 1st - 4th & August 8th - 11th from 8-10am at SLP Stadium Turf Field. Captains invite ALL interested players to come out and meet and have some organized training and fun. Focusing on teamwork, individual skills, team skills and small sided games. There's naturally fitness in playing the game.
TRY-OUT & TRAINING CAMP: (any players interested in coming out for girls soccer need to attend) BEGINS August 15th 7:30 - 9:30am at National Sports Center (NSC) field/s J3 & J4. - Morning sessions are at NSC J3/J4 7:30-9:30am
- Afternoon Sessions are at SLP Turf 3:30-5:30pm
- Wednesday Afternoon annual inner-squad scrimmage JV & Varsity Prospective players. Players will be notified during Wednesday morning session if they shall attend. Otherwise, training camp as usual at SLP 3:30-5:30pm. Inner squad--Blue vs White match 5-6:30pm.
Teams decided and posted Thursday.
SEASON PRACTICES: C-squad and JV teams Will practice during the week on non-game days beginning August 22nd from 3:30-5:00pm at the NSC fields C1 & C2. Players should verify days and times with their coaches. Bus transportation is provided from school to the fields. Players should arrange a ride home after practice. Bus transportation is provided to most away games. The NSC serves as the home field/s for C-Squad & JV.
VARSITY will practice on non-game days on either SLP Turf, or NSC C3, typically from 5-7pm. Players should verify with their coach on a regular basis. Practice times will vary based on turf availability. We'll have a more regular schedule once our new Activities Director takes office so please be patient with us.

Must meet MSHSL, SLP school district, and team eligibility requirements. A high level of personal fitness is required to compete on the varsity team |

Activities fee associated with current pricing for Girls Soccer (see activities office or online). Often players and teams chose to do T-shirts or warm-ups which will have an additional expense. NOTE: these are optional equipment/team fees. |
